I also see that there seems to be two Kal's on the map. Is he with me or back with them?
DM Rah
"We will see." The creature says to Peri's back, then calls out in a booming voice that echoes through the caves.
"Illvaster! Come forth and lay waste to all that lives!"
The pool in the far corner begins to bubble and roil, and a dark scaled head emerges, followed by a large body with wings. A dragon!
Crawling next to the dragon, nearly missed in the gloom, is a strange disembodied hand.

Rowanna moves within 30 feet of the dragon and gives it her Evil Eye.
Evil Eye Hex on Dragon: -2 to Saving Throws, DC 14.
I'm on my phone, could someone move Rowanna within 30 ft. from the dragon, preferably away from other PC's.
DM Rah
Rowanna advances and attempts to hex the dragon, but but when her eyes meet the flat stare of the creature the effect fails.
Peri draws a wand and vanishes. Haris rubs a magic oil on his weapon.
The dragon lumbers through the cave towards Rowanna and snaps it's teeth around her. 19 damage, which I believe drops her at -11.

Some say the origins of the crawling hand lie in the experiments of demented necromancers contracted to construct tiny assassins. Other tales tell of gruesome prosthetics sparked to life by evil magic, which then developed primitive sentience and vengefully strangled their hosts. Regardless, the crawling hand is an efficient killing tool.

Well, unfortunately, Valeros is a front liner. He's not going to let the dragon eat ugly Rowena on his watch, so he does his best to move to engage the critter.

According to the map he's up next to where you started before you moved up to stabilize Rowanna. I tried to update the map to account for everyone's movements.
Kilian swallows the amazingly large lump that's appeared in his throat and closes some of the distance between him and the dragon, preparing to attack it next round.
DM Rah
Garinol rushes to stabilize Rowanna while Kilian catiously advances. Valeros moves in and slashes a gash in the side of the dragon. Strangely, the creature does not react to the wound. Also, there is little blood and the wound does not continue to bleed.
The crawling hand skitters close and springs into the air at Valeros, but the fighter knocks it away. Then two more emerge from hiding behind rocks and split off - one headed for Garinol, the other for Kilian. Both leap and grab at their throats with surprising strength.

Peri and Haris both take potions to hide them from undead. Then Haris tumbles forward, angling around the dragon. The maneuver is not one of his finest.

Did Kilian get an AoO on the hand that attacked him as it closed? He's using a reach weapon.

Kilian, no AoO. The two hands that jumped Kilian and Garinol did so from positions of stealth and were not initially noticed. Also, as diminuitive creatures, the hands do not threaten the area around them, and actually normally provoke AoOs as they enter a target's square to attack, which means Valeros gets an AoO on the one facing him. For Kilian, this means he can safely step away from the hand, slice with his reach weapon, then take an AoO if it comes for him again (if you prefer). Garinol can't do this because he was grappled.

Valeros delivers two more strikes against the dragon, both penetrating the scales much easier than expected.
Kilian steps back and chops the hand near him, pinning it to the ground with his guisarme. It twitches like a dying bug for a second, but stops moving.
Garinol tears the hand on his throat away and makes a hasty withdrawal into the circle with the woman. The hand tries to pursue, but comes up against an invisible barrier at the edge of the circle.
