Secrets of the Swarm Player's Guide - any updates?

Hope everyone is doing great! As the header implied, do we have any news/updates regarding the Player's Guide for Secrets of the Swarm?

Maya mentioned in this thread that the Secrets of the Swarm Player's Guide was cancelled during Paizo's restructuring but that future APs will continue to have them.

That's a bit sad. Gonna be awkward for players to need to buy an adventure path to play those ancestries. Like, makes sense for any other rulebook, but players needing to buy a book they probably aren't allowed to read feels problematic. Luckily we have AoN for rules, but without the book or a player's guide, player's won't even know what the aliens look like. I still only know what 3 of the aliens look like out of 7 because I didn't pick up the AP yet as a GM, but only because I watch the streams. I can buy and read the book as I want because I'm a GM, but for a player, this would be a lot more complex.
