Does softcopy of GM Core for PF2E get updated to include old errata?

Pathfinder Second Edition General Discussion

Hi,

Does softcopy of GM Core for PF2E get updated to include old errata?

When I download the file "Pathfinder GM Core PDF", it is old. The errata from Fall 2024 (1st Printing) is still not implemented into the softcopy of the book.

When I go to the store page ( https://store.paizo.com/library/ ), the "Last Updated" column for "Pathfinder GM Core PDF - Single File" is saying Feb 2026 - What does "Last Updated" column mean?

Thank you

no they only update PDFs whenever they run out of physical stock and do another print run.

yes. this makes no sense in the 21st century, let alone this far into it.

Thank you for the response. I've been scratching my head over this

The AI (like ChatGPT) keeps telling me the version should be updated - very odd hallucination

AI is not a search engine or an information repository. it is glorified Predictive Text like on your phone. It just gives you statistically probable "desired" output based on input and vast reserves of stolen data.

You might as well scry with goat entrails if you wanted a similar level of accuracy

Hey Ayman! Lex is correct here! We update the PDFs and then we update the books when we do another print run. The reason for this is so as to not waste the paper of the books that were already printed with the errors. AS much as we want to then print the correct books, we also don't want to waste resources. Hopefully this helps!

I've also moved this discussion to our PF2E General Discussion section, since we don't have a Product Discussion section right now, and this is about our PF2E Pocket Edition books!
