Not only will there be digital versions of their books, but you will also eventually see the content, sans any lore or fun flavor explanatory bits, up on the Archives of Nethys and the Starbuilder/Pathbuilder app.
I kinda get the confusion though. The new store splits the pages for the physical and PDF products into two separate pages for some reason, instead of having them all on one page and allowing you to add the version you want to your cart, like the old store did. That's confused me a couple times at least.
