two issues; Lvl7: Precise Shot to maximize ranged attacks, and Lvl9: a Metamagic feat for Metamagic Adept. You can see a Tattooed Sorcerer is a late bloomer coming into its own at 9th and part of that is sorcerer’s slower spell level access. Spell Specialization is optional but it adds more early than late.
I prefer to add Headband of Int +2 $4000 then add Cha +2 for +$6000 then Cha +4 for +$12000.
I used this for Giantslayer so the PC is more martial than usual taking advantage of suli elemental assault and energy resistances. Other players commented may be the smartest Sor in PFS... lol. In a party you want to assist with trained skill checks and at lower level skills are more important.
