I can't really tell you what Scenarios and APs it appears in as that would spoiler their rewards and people would chide me. Your chance in Scenarios and Quests is 0.

As a CORE Wizard, you'll want to play in Scenarios with wizards. SADLY PFS rarely published the wizard's spellbook in the Scenario (about 25% chance) let alone on a Chronicle. It is up to your GM to pen the spellbook on your Chronicle. Stay aware and pester your GM.
PFS does allow coping from another player BUT you'd need GM approval in writing on your Chronicle. Expect to be asked questions as it seems to be a gray area and you may need local VC approval.
