Hey folks, the combined rules document is now available.
It combines:
The original Paizo Rules
Our first round of changes
Our Remaster changes
and our last round of errata and additions into a single document.

I see the change "Unless an activity states otherwise, a leader cannot attempt the same activity more than once per Kingdom turn.", but I don't see any activities in the rules that state that they can be attempt more than once. Did I miss something?
Also, I'm curious why you made the change? Was it to prevent Region activities from being to powerful?

It's actually mainly a holdover from the Leadership phase in the base rules from Paizo.
We just needed to change "Unless an activity states otherwise, a leader cannot attempt the same Leadership activity more than once per Kingdom turn."
to
"Unless an activity states otherwise, a leader cannot attempt the same activity more than once per Kingdom turn." since we know longer have a separate Leadership Activities step.
In practice though, in encourages the group to plan their actions and work together better.

Looking at your latest errata vs the combined rules document, the effect of the Occult Shop is slightly different.
Errata: "A settlement with at least 1 occult shop treats its level ... in that settlement. A Kingdom with at least 1 occult shop in a settlement receives a free supernatural solution at the beginning of the Activity Phase, as if the kingdom had succeeded (but not critically succeeded) at the Supernatural Solution activity."
Combined: "A settlement with at least one occult shop treats its level ... in that settlement and receives a free Supernatural Solution at the beginning of the Activity phase of each Kingdom turn, as if the kingdom had succeeded (but not critically succeeded) at the Supernatural Solution kingdom activity."
The combined rules imply that each settlement gets a Supernatural Solution, but is this actually intended?

I have been through hell and back trying to find this document, search engine SEO buried it and the Paizo forums don't let you edit posts after like twenty minutes. Was convinced I would have to sit there and make this myself, so glad to have this. It all is so much easier to understand when I'm not cross referencing three different documents, and the blue text makes it much easier to appreciate the changes.
Would it be possible to get this in another format? I run the game in Foundry and try to keep rules documents off to the side tiled in a smaller window and anything in a PDF is hell for reading off a screen. I love epubs, but even just .odt or whatever means my players and I could copy and paste from it without weird linebreak problems.
It would also probably be helpful to link to this PDF from your other Google docs since those are the ones that show up when people search for it or from the Foundry kingdom building module, just to make sure people can find the latest complete iteration of the rules.
