Whats the current response time of CS?

Hi Maya, I know that CS hat a lot of tickets theses days, but I just wondered how long the current response times are. I currently have two ticket, one from the 15th and the other from the 20th, but so far I didn't get an answer. Did my tickets get lost or does it take just a little longer than usual? Thanks!

Thanks for posting this here! It takes a few days as far as I know! Keep in mind we get thousands of tickets, and our team only has 3 people on it. They really are doing their best. Since you sent a ticket in on the 15th, you should hear very soon!
