We are coming up on January 20th which is the next slated auth date for subscription holders. On the new website all of my subs for that date still show the generic picture holder, generic name and generic $0.00 price for the next sub. While I would be thrilled with a free shipment, I doubt that is happening.
One of the big features advertised on the new webstore was the ability to see our upcoming subscriptions, and either decide to skip or purchase them. I plan on purchasing all of the upcoming subscriptions, but not knowing what is coming, or the total cost, is disconcerting.
Previously by now we would have an upcoming subscription thread in the announcements forum. We haven't seen the new physical product release thread since November. Asking for those to be re instated, even if we do get the upcoming subs in the store listed the way they should be. It is a one stop shop for people to check in and discuss the upcoming releases and right now we don't have that.
We also aren't getting dedicated product posts for every upcoming release, example for that is the upcoming Battles release Planar Perils. (which I am eagerly awaiting, models look epic!)
I know you guys are working through issues on the new web store, I don't think that subscribers should be put on the back burner during the process when it comes to being informed at minimum with the same information we are accustomed to from the previous store.

So about 5 days before the 20th everything in my subscriptions updated. I got 2 emails telling me to verify my subs.
First was on 1/14 from Paizo Goblins asking me to verify the subs. The subs in the list at that time had not been updated so nothing to verify. Still showing place holders.
Then on 1/15 I got another from Paizo Store saying Your Subscription Order is coming up soon!
This one had a list of the upcoming order and all of my items in my subscriptions page is now correct. Discounts also appear to be correct. So working as intended, 5 days before shipping day we get that notice. Will try to curb my anxiety in the future.
Would still appreciate an announcement post for a one stop shop for the upcoming months releases, and a place to check in.
I noticed I didn't have the right version of one of the subscriptions from that 1/15 email letting me know what was coming up. I've added the right subscription, but now it shows up a "Future Order" for January 20th with the $0.00 value and no product information in it.
My subscription also seems to be missing the maps that are supposed to be released this month. I sent a ticket in to support yesterday for the map issue as soon as I noticed. Still waiting to hear back on it. (That's not a dig at support, I know it's a busy time. Just wanted to acknowledge in the message that I sent a ticket is all.)

Mine still haven't updated. I've sent a note to CS. Hopefully this can be resolved and isn't going to be a recurring monthly issue. December didn't go smoothly, and January is definitely not any smoother, at least for me. I'm glad it is working for others, though. I also know CS is swamped and I appreciate their hard work getting these things sorted out.
