In the book, it gives two names for the missing sister of Carmilla Caliphvaso. In the timeline at the front of the book she's referred to as Mircalla Caliphvaso, while in the write up later for both her son and her sister, she is named Millarea Caliphvaso. As far as I can tell she's never been mentioned in another book to provide an alternative. Curious if anyone knows the answer

Conjecture: Mircalla is a respelling of Carmilla, used in the Novella Carmilla (Mircalla was Carmilla's real name). That would heavily imply that like the vampire from the novel, Carmilla is Mircalla. I suspect Millarea was an attempt to not imply that.
It does touch on one thing that is odd to me. Carmilla is the name of THE Sapphic Vampire of Sapphic Vampires, and Carmilla Caliphaso the PF character does not appear to be Sapphic at all nor a vampire. Which would be minor except there is also the town of Anactoria, a name associated with Sappho's writings which, again, has nothing Sapphic.
It seems weird. I half expect Bilitis Bay used by a male dive team. I am not offended to be clear just something I have found odd since I got into PF
