I opened a ticket a few days ago, and while the screen showed a ticket was created, I didn't get any type of email confirmation, or ticket number. Is there a way to actually see tickets you've submitted and any replies/status on them?

Is there a difference between opening a ticket and emailimg customer support? I have no idea where one would actually open a ticket.

If you scroll down to the footer of any page on Paizo.com, click customer service, there's an option there to open a ticket.

Hey there, Joel! It's very possible your confirmation email was affected by this issue Customer Service was having! That being said, they still got it! They were just unable to send email responses. They have a lot of tickets, but they're working through them, and we appreciate your patience!
Thanks - got the reply - but at 8:44pm PST last night, which was far too late for the customer service gnomes to be working on a holiday week! Hopefully that was simply flexible hours of their choice and they all have a great time off for the holiday, even with the backlog and store migration!
