Paizo.com password reset page giving an error message.

Posting from my son's account ... my password is working for the new store app, but is apparently different for the main paizo.com site I need to access to download my purchases.

Okay -- no problem, clicked the link to email me my password, entered my email address... took me to an error page and no email was sent with my password.

Got a game I'm supposed to run at 6pm tonight ... help!?

I'm having the same issue.

I tried logging in on several browsers. I am unable to login on any device other than my tablet. On other devices I get this message That email address and password combination is not valid. When I try to reset my password I get an error page. I am still logged into the forums somehow so I am till able to manage my PbP games but I cannot access any of my PDFs.

Just tried to do that, because the store and the paizo websites now have a mismatched password... and error page.

I am having the exact same problem, except I can login on my phone, but not my computer. I got the email/password error message, so I changed my password. Now, on my PC I can click sign in, and it'll accept my username and password, except I won't be signed in.

If you're having difficulty logging into the Paizo Community site, please follow the directions here:

How to Clear Paizo.com Cookies

Note that the login and password for the Paizo Store and the Paizo Community site might be different (depending on what you chose at creation). Paizo does not currently have Single Sign-on.
