For a Weapon Ikon that applies to an Unarmed Attack, can you choose an Unarmed Attack you get through a stance? What about an attack you get in a Battle Form? What about a permanent Unarmed Attack you get after selecting your Ikon?
For new items, we have ""If you acquire a new item the ikon’s usage could apply to, you can switch your ikon to the new item by spending 1 day of downtime with the new ikon as you saturate the object with your divine energy."
What about new or temporary Unarmed Attacks?

There is no rules text about it and no PFS campaign ruling, either, so no one is going to be able to gove you a solid answer that aboids table variation, unless there's some developer clarification.
I wouldn't expect anyone to really read new permanent unarmed attacks as a problem, but there is a reasonable enough reading that you don't have those unarmed attacks through the downtime for any of them to be valid. I would strongly recommend not trying to exist in that grey area in a campaign with multiple GMs.

Yeah. The rules for Ikons are pretty clear that there are some that work for unarmed attacks. Much less clear is if they work for temporary unarmed attacks like those from a Stance. Nothing says that they don't, but nothing says that they do either.
For PFS, I have heard that they will first want questions like this sent to the community for volunteer rules lawyers to look at before making a PFS campaign ruling on. And, well, now you have that.
