(No, you can't use SF2 options in PF2e society games, unless something specifically says you can, like the dragonkin or skittermander options. Just like you can't use PF2e android options in SF2e society games. But HMM has a strong point that you should check the boon, as it says what you can use.)
Also, a new book getting published does not allow for a rebuild - If android gets reprinted in a PF2e book with updated texts, you treat that as an errata (so no rebuild there either, unless specifically stated) and if we get a variant android or new feats/heritages in a book, you don't get to rebuild it just because new options became available.

One thing that you could suggest though is suggest an ACP boon that would allow taking SF2 ancestry options when you are playing a PF2 ancestry that is also represented in SF2.
I think that would be an interesting and popular boon, and would welcome a place to spend ACP. I would be even okay with one that cost 20 or 40 ACP per ancestry feat / heritage used.
Hmm

The few surviving Androffan Androids on Golarion in 4725 AR are very different from the androids of 325 AG. Most of the starfinder heritages are completely inappropriate (Only Renowned Android kind of works) and many of the feats represent technological breakthroughs that won't be made until Androids are reverse engineered during the gap.
