The Akitonian Ysoki haratige lets you use Crafting instead of Thievery to Disable a Device. Would disabling a Device with Crafting require having an Infiltrator's Toolkit, or would a Repair Toolkit work?
My character also has Tinkering Fingers, which allows me to use crafting to do repairs without a Repair Toolkit. I'm assuming this wouldn't apply to using crafting to Disable a Device?

It doesn't say that it changes the toolkit needed, so it probably doesn't. See also the PF2 skill feats Natural Medicine vs Crystal Healing.
And yes, if an ability says that you can skip needing a toolkit for a specific skill action, you don't skip needing the toolkit for everything that requires that skill.
