PF1 actually had a curse named Powerless Prophecy that worked just like this.
The PF1 curses were cool. The Deaf curse was my go to curse.

The namesake Oracle of Delphi got a vision of the future that nobody believed, while animists are based on the shamanistic traditions who are famed for having visions of the future that are believed and acted on.
Since it's kind of hard to RP 'but nobody believes' instead Oracle gets a bunch of divinatory flavoured buffs that only works for them.
AFAIK the Oracle of Delphi's visions were strongly believed.
It is Cassandra who was gifted with prophecy and later cursed with nobody ever believing her.
A level 9 invisibility effect, so true sight will have a harder time counteracting, but see invis works well enough.I still think Embrace Nothingness was a pretty big monk buff to Qi spells. Read that spell now. It's nuts. Combine that with all a monk gets and they get ridiculous.I think a lot of people sleep on it because it doesn't come until level 17, but it's an absolutely WTF tier focus spell if your game goes high enough level to get it.I hadn't realized it had changed. Wow, its very, very good now isn't it?
Although I suppose at that level flight is almost universal and invisibility very likely to be bypassed somehow. But even ignoring those it is still very very good.
That's what your mind blank wand is for, in addition to the even lower chance of getting seen by truesight and the +4 bonus vs mental saves.
