Does the 2e large dragonkin have 10' reach?

Liberty's Edge 1/5 **

Size of the ancients, level 17 dragonkin ancestry feat. It makes you huge for a minute and it says you add 5' to your reach and if you are a shipborn dragonkin you add 10' to your reach. That implies a large dragonkin starts with 10' reach at first level which it does not say on the statblock.

Creatures only have reach if they say it in their stat block and from the additional resources page for Galaxy guide...

Rulings and Clarifications
The Don’t Touch That! feat (xenoarcheologist archetype, page 120) is a 4th-level feat. The Ready for Trouble feat (page 120) requires expert proficiency in Thievery.
The Diplomacy bonus from the xenodruid’s Planetary Bond feat (page 123) is a circumstance bonus.
The Cellular Acceleration feat (astrazoan ancestry feat, page 133) is a two-action activity.
Remove the linguistic trait from the Telepredict feat (contemplative ancestry feat, page 140).
Large PCs do not have an increased reach natively, though some feats may increase their reach.

**

The line about shipborn dragonkin appears to be borne of confusing 1e and 2e mechanics. All Dragonkin start with a 5 foot reach.
