We're starting up a Curtain Call campaign with our Skull and Shackles characters, but our Hurricane King bard is having trouble finding a 2e class that fits her 1e archetype. She's a Dervish Dancer bard, with a focus on Dex, low crit floors (currently crits on a 15), and maximizing number of hits per round. She also has a dip into swashbuckler to get the levels for parry and riposte. Obviously can't get all of that at level 10, but she's not sure where to start building back up to that as there doesn't seem to be a good 1 to 1 class in 2e. We've got a couple ideas going, but wanted to get some outside advice too.
Other info about the character:
Musetouched Aasimar. Has wings.
Dual wield Agile Scimitars with Pirahna strike.
Dex and Cha are the highest stats, Int is the lowest.
70 ft movement with Haste.
She's doesn't care about optimizing her character, just wants to stay as true to the 1e version as possible.

Math changes like that don't have an equivalent. Crits are at AC+10, so if you hit on a 5, then you will crit on a 15. Other than that, nothing changes crit range.
and maximizing number of hits per round.
There are some feats that can let you action compress attacks. Twin Takedown being the most applicable. You could get it from Ranger Archetype but I'm not sure that Ranger fits the theme.
Alternatively, there is the Dual-Weapon Warrior archetype that has several things for dual wielding. Such as Double Slice: which won't help you get more attacks per round, but does make you more accurate with the second attack with the second weapon.
She's a Dervish Dancer bard, with a focus on Dex, ... She also has a dip into swashbuckler to get the levels for parry and riposte.
I would start with the Swashbuckler - Battledancer style, probably. Add Bard archetype if it is needed for spells.
Other info about the character:
Musetouched Aasimar. Has wings.
Aasimar (renamed and generalized to Nephilim).
Musetouched.Wings.
Dual wield Agile Scimitars with Pirahna strike.
Pirahna Strike doesn't exist (other than the previously mentioned Twin Takedown).
I would switch the Scimitars to Flyssa. They look similar and have the Agile and Finesse traits that you will need.
Dex and Cha are the highest stats, Int is the lowest.
That's pretty normal - should work fine for a Battledancer Swashbuckler with Bard and/or Dual-Weapon archetype.
70 ft movement with Haste.
Swashbuckler with Panache can move pretty fast (movement speeds were generally shortened in the conversion because you can move multiple times in one turn now).
Haste can be gotten from Bard archetype, but not at low levels and once you can get it, you won't have many spell slots available for casting it.
Haste would let you make another attack though, for what that is worth. MAP may make it not worth using for the extra attack.

Hmm... you could go Bard with Swashbuckler archetype, Swashbuckler with Bard archetype, or dual-class variant rules to combine the two, if you're trying to make a dervish dancer. PF2 doesn't really do gishes, so it'll probably take a bit of work to make it feel just right, and it might end up a bit overpowered for the system. (The three-actions-per-turn cap will rein things in, but being able to choose between bardic spells and martial damage output is pretty potent.)
