Is taking Crafting Feats worth it for this AP?

Just started Shades of Blood and was hoping one of the designers could chime in with an answer.

I'm playing a Wizard and want to go down the path of Crafting Alchemical and then Magical Items.

Will there be opportunities to do so in this AP?

Book 1 theres many chances for crafting. Book 2 I hear there might not be a lot of downtime.
