dragon. However, with the remaster, those type no longer exist. So... what should he be instead to keep the same flavor?

Presumably a Cinder Dragon, reportedly coming in Monster Core 2 before the end of the year.

Possibly a Diabolic Dragon.
Red in color, "evil" such as we have these days, immune to fire, similar level (just give it the weak template and level is gtg).
