Eldritch Guardian ability:
Share Training (Ex): At 2nd level, when the familiar can see and hear its master, it can use any combat feat possessed by the eldritch guardian. The familiar doesn’t have to meet the feat’s prerequisites, but at the GM’s discretion may be precluded from using certain combat feats due to its physical form. For example, an eldritch guardian’s pig familiar with access to Exotic Weapon Proficiency (spiked chain) would not gain the ability to use spiked chains, since it doesn’t have any limbs capable of properly handling them. This ability replaces the bonus feat gained at 2nd level.
Teamwork feat ruling:
Teamwork feats grant large bonuses, but they only function under specific circumstances. In most cases, these feats require an ally who also possesses the feat to be positioned carefully on the battlefield. Teamwork feats provide no bonus if the listed conditions are not met. Note that allies who are paralyzed, stunned, unconscious, or otherwise unable to act do not count for the purposes of these feats.
Question:
Does the familiar using my combat teamwork feat by Share Training count as possesses the combat teamwork feat, so that I can activate the combat teamwork feat with my familiar while it can see and hear me?

Question:

Yes. It counts as possessing the feat for purposes of being an ally with the same teamwork feat. Whether it can use it themselves or not depends on the feat. They will still have it even if they can't, which may allow you to take advantage of it, even if they cannot.
For instance, your rat familiar probably can't reasonably help you load a siege weapon or fire it with the Artillery Team feat, but it would have it. Even a monkey familiar probably isn't reasonably strong enough to be able to load or crank such an engine or aim it or even fire it (it does take some strength to pull that lever).
Or if a feat said, 'If you are wielding a manufactured blunt weapon and flanking with an ally with this feat, you get X...' Then if you have a blunt weapon and your familiar is flanking, you get X. Your familiar has the feat, but it probably can't benefit because it likely isn't wielding a manufactured blunt weapon.
It couldn't use the shared feat as say, a prerequisite to take another feat or something.

→ Feats
combat and teamwork are two different categories of feats. Some feats have both categories. If it has "combat" it can be loaned/borrowed for a short duration(the teamwork list has asterisks on combat feats).
With loaned/borrowed feats and such the target only has the ability while it has use of the feat. So it is not enough to qualify as a prerequisite for taking another feat. Sometimes special sections of feats activate when the loaned feat is available for use. Exactly how it works is going to depend on the feat's description.
Examples;
• Shielded Caster(Teamwrk) can not be borrowed as it is not a combat feat.
• Swap Places(Cmbt, Teamwrk) can be borrowed. You and familiar could change places on your movement BUT your ally(familiar) must be your size (medium). So basically useless due to feat description.
• Precise Strike(Cmbt, Teamwrk) can be borrowed. When you and familiar are both flanking target both gain +(1d6)[precision] damage on hits to that target.
