Creating an Alias

It's been a while since I've had to create an alias on the message board but I'm no longer seeing the option in my Profile. Has the Alias creation process changed?

If you didn't already find it, the "Message Board Aliases" section is on the "Account Settings" page, not the "My Profile" page.
