So setting aside whether this should have just been part of the class archetype, assuming it isn't. Does taking this feat add these to your divine spell list to prepare?
More specifically to use staves with true strike, haste, etc. on them does this actually qualify you as having them on your spell list?
It doesn't explicitly say so RAW probably not.
But RAI it feels like this should be possible (even if you can only prepare it within a narrow small subset of spell slots.
It feels like one of the few ways to actually get true strike onto a wide assortment of battle harbingers who really want it for bespell strikes and to support critting for the L12 reaction feat.

They're probably asking about the spells gained via Creed Magic, an 8th level feat
I would allow a battle harbinger to cast the spells gained via Creed Magic from scrolls, wands, and staves (and count them as added to their divine spell list since they prepare them "as divine spells"), but not prepare them in any slots other than the special creed slots gained via that feat
This isn't perfect parity with the magus's Studious Spells class feature, since the magus adds those spells to their spellbook (not to mention the battle harbinger has to spend a class feat on it) but it'll have to do by my reading

Ah sorry, ofc they are.
i think you are right in your interpretation since you do prepare them and not gain them as inate spells or something. but it is a gray area.

Although Creed Magic states you can prepare those spells into your creed slots as divine spells, it does not specify independently that these spells are divine spells to you outside of creed slots, when normally features and feats that add spells to your spell list specify that they become spells of your tradition. Thus, I don't think sure strike or haste, the only two non-divine creed spells offered to you, become part of your spell list as a Battle Harbinger.
If you wanted these spells to become divine spells on the class archetype after picking the feat, though, I don't think it would be terribly disruptive to allow it. The Battle Harbinger has limited spell slots, and if your character wants to spend a higher-rank slot hasting their whole party on top of laying down auras, that should be totally fine, and would be perfectly in line with their theme. In fact, if you wanted to be really generous, you could sneak true target into their spell list as well, and achieve a similar effect.
