Gatewalkers pfs question

We are about to start the Gatewalkers adventure path. Do characters with the chronicles from this path gain society access to the rare backgrounds in the players guide in society play?

Nope. AP Backgrounds tend to be for those APs only, that's why they tend to be Rare. Especially Gatewalkers backgrounds, who get access to deviant feats other PFS characters wouldn't get access to.
