Yes, but it could also be a charge or full attack action.

Yes, though that's some expensive burn, so you can't do it often.

Yes.

Yes. Kinetic Fist is a form infusion so can be combined with a substance infusion.
With infusion specialization, your infusions will become fairly cheap and be regularly applied. But even with Supercharge, Gather Power and Metakinetic Master, that swift action blast is going to cost you a burn. Great if you know you are entering a major boss fight or having your last fight of the adventuring day, but you can rarely be sure if it's a smart tactic.
