I know we have several Eidolon types missing from the current rules. So ...
How would you go about homebrewing a Genie Summoner in PF 2e?
A Summoner with an Elemental Eidolon is very close, but IMHO would just need a few tweaks.
(I will be the GM for this.)
You might want to be a bit more specific. I'm not finding the Genie Summoner mentioned. The closest I can find is the Shaitan Binder, but that is from Advanced Race Guide, not Elemental Master's Handbook.
So, specifically, what is close, and what is missing that needs tweaks?

Currently, the Elemental Eidolon, grants Nature & Survival.
Genies are more sophisticated, so should grant Diplomacy rather then Survival.
Likewise, is the Primal spell list the correct one?
As to the Eidolon itself, it is mostly flavor.
