Mythic alchemist extract questions

Alchemist is not a caster nor have a spell cast ability. So, he can't take Brew Potion (Mythic) and Spell Lore (Mythic) feats.
Is that designers mistake or is it intended?
So he practically can't make mythic extracts, am I correct?
And how do you guys solve this problem?

The only prerequisite for Mythic Brew Potion is Brew Potion. The simply allows you to expend a mythic point to accomplish 8 hours of work. There is no mention of caster level in the feat so that is also not a problem.

In Mythic games I run I allow alchemists to take Mythic Spell Lore or Mythic Spellcasting. I picked up several of the mythic add-ons for Hero Lab and it allows this. I do not have the books those add-ons were from, but I suspect those books expanded what an alchemist can take. Mythic Hero’s Handbook has several Alchemist specific mythic abilities and feats so that is probably the place to look.

In book of the Mythic Options by Missing Core Feats (I guess it's the book where you can find this feat) prerequisites are: "Brew Potion, caster level 3rd." But in that book "Mythic Hero’s Handbook" caster lvl 3rd is missing. That's cool.
So Brew potion is solved. Thank you.

But the Spell lore feat fixing only by home rules I guess.
