Marial Peformance Does it grant Courageous Anthem?

The wording does actually say you get the Courageous Anthem cantrip. But is it implied?

"When you have a courageous anthem composition cantrip active, and you damage an enemy with a Strike, the spell’s duration is extended by 1 round."

It seems strange though to take a Muse (Warrior) and get this ability but not get the spell as well. So, I'm not sure. Do you also get Courageous Anthem or do you have to select that separately?

Martial performance does not give you Courageous Anthem.

All bards get Courageous Anthem at level 1 already, so they don't need Martial Performance to give it to them.

A character of a different class taking the bard archetype needs to pick them up separately.

It is highly recommended that multiclass Bard Archetype characters take Anthemic Performance at level 8 before taking Martial Performance via Basic or Advanced Muse's Whispers.

But at least that is an option.

Nothing prevents multiclass Psychic Archetype characters from grabbing Psy Burst other than the common sense reasoning that since you don't ever get Unleash Psyche from the archetype, you can't ever use actions, such as Psy Burst, that have the Psyche trait.
