Can a barbarian cast a spell from the Occult tradition using a scroll via Trick Magic Item?

Not while Raging unless it's a 1 action spell, or you can find a 2 action spell without concentrate, because you would need to use TMI and Moment of Clarity to Cast a Spell. When out of Rage, 2 action spells are possible
