Teaser trailer released at Gamescom earlier this week for a brand new show. It's from the creative team behind Love Death and Robots, and will have 15 episodes, each based on a game setting. Mostly will be video games, but will also include Warhammer 40k and Dungeons and Dragons (which admittedly have video games). All animated, in different styles, similar to Love Death and Robots. Looks like it will be a blast!

That looks like it could be cool. I thoroughly enjoyed most of Love, Death, and Robots, so that creative team being behind this makes me cautiously optimistic.

Cool, hadn't seen that new trailer yet. Still looks great, but the best part was the partial voice cast they revealed! Arnold, Keanu, and more!

Watched a couple of them tonight. not going in order just picking and choosing as I feel like

I liked the D&D one, though I don't give them good odds winning the cliffhanger fight they left us on.

Pac-Man was horrifying and yet it works

Arrggghhh.. I nearly forgot about this. I was super busy the last two nights anyway, but I'll have to try a few episodes tonight. If it's anywhere near as good as most of the Love, Death, and Robots episodes were, I look forward to it.

I greatly enjoyed the first three episodes, especially the Aelstrom (Ahnold) episode. So far it seems exactly like Prime's version of Love, Death and Robots. More episodes tonight.

It's actually from the same creative team as Love Death and Robots, so not "Prime's version" in the sense that it's a knock off, but Prime simply got the rights to this.

I watched all 8 available episodes last night. I thought it was pretty decent, though maybe not as good as Love, Death and Robots.

My favorite episodes were D&D and Unreal Tournament. Probably since I played both of those. I liked the Sifu episode as well. The Pac-Man episode was....really weird. Like bad acid trip weird.

The rest I enjoyed, but not as much. Probably because I'm unfamiliar with the games. The animation was astounding. For some episodes, my wife was amazed it was actually animation.

I look forward to the back half, though I know there's at least one episode I'll probably skip on that one.

Today Amazon announced Secret Level was renewed for a 2nd season!

Watched the Outer Worlds episode last night, was very good, but depressing (as it should be).

Just finished it. Well, to be accurate, I’m done with it. The very last story I turned off because I thought it was idiotic.

Overall, the animation on this series was phenomenal. The stories were mostly meh. There were a few that I liked - the D&D episode, the Sifu episode, the Unreal Tournament episode, the Megaman episode. The rest were either just okay or uninteresting.

It might be in part because I didn’t play a lot of these games. Although I never played Sifu and liked that one. Mostly I think it was because to me many of the stories seemed incomplete. If they do a season two, I hope they get better writers.

Anyway, I think Love, Death, and Robots was far superior.
