Starfinder Society Second Edition Playtest
I found a version of it! It is at the end of the Playtest Scenarios!
Here are some of the rewards listed for the program:
Pathfinder Society (second edition): Participants who check off at least four boxes gain access to the contemplative
ancestry (Starfinder Galaxy Guide) for use in Pathfinder Society (second edition). Participants who check off all 10
boxes gain access to the dragonkin ancestry (Starfinder Galaxy Guide) for use in Pathfinder Society (second edition).
Starfinder Society (first edition): Players and GMs earn Starfinder Achievement Points for each session reported.
Additionally, checking off all 10 boxes unlocks the use of the astrazoan species (Starfinder Interstellar Species 50)
for use on all their characters.
Starfinder Society (second edition): Participants will earn access to campaign-exclusive backgrounds in Starfinder
Second Edition themed around each adventure. More information on these backgrounds will be published upon the
launch of Starfinder Society (second edition).
From the Starfinder Playtest FAQ, yes, you do earn all of the rewards--no need to select!

Oop, contemplatives stealth-confirmed!
That means of the six ancestries available in the upcoming Galaxy Guide, we know four of them: contemplatives, kalos, dragonkin, and astrozoans. I wonder who the remaining two will be?
