Player Core 2 races

I may have missed this in earlier discussions, but I was wondering if races that were included in the new rulebook would be available for organized, play characters? Or would some, like the Kholo, still require boons?

According to the Character Options for PC2, all of the Ancestries and Heritages are freely available from that book.
