a few questions about armies and war.
1) armies in distant positions can be targeted with a -5 penalty. but in turn can they shoot anyone without penalty?
2) armies can shoot in melee?
3) to pay for the armies you need to use food commodities. so farms aren't used to pay armies?
4) can use a potion outside Battle? Curing conditions like defeated?
