Warfare: DC for maneuvers

I have a question about army battles. Where do I find the DC for battle maneuvers like Advance or similar?

On the action itself: you roll a Maneuver check against the highest Maneuver DC of the target army usually. Same applies to Morale.

The Maneuver DC is 10 + their Maneuver modifier
