What can I replace Hargulka with in Kingmaker?

GM here. I was homebrewing the Kingmaker adventure to include more draconic threats. So, I thought it could work if I replaced Hargulka and his minions with dragons of some sort.

I've settled on Drakes for the bulk of the enemies to be encountered, but I'm having trouble with replacing Hargulka.

I had the idea to just make an Elite Young Linnorm be the ringleader, but I'm not sure if I should transfer some abilities that Hargulka has or not.

Any advice on minion choices or what/if I should give to the Linnorm?

I suggest that you use you Elite Young Linnorm as normal without changes.

The Hargulka abilities have some thematic because it gives quickened to its followers but this doesn't means that every leader needs to do the same. The Drakes could obey the Linnorm due many reasons you don't need to link combat ability to this.
