For an average party of Adventurers on foot with a party member wearing full-plate how far do you think they can travel in miles in a single day?
Core Rule Book p.479, Player Core p.438, or GM Core p.36, there's a "Travel Speed" table. If the lowest speed of the group is 20 feet, a full day of travel would be 16 miles. If it's 25 feet, then 20 miles.
The table is also in the AoN here

Another way to arrive at the same information without looking it up involves knowing just a few conversions.
Your move speed per hour, for simplicity, is 1/10 your normal speed (so 20' speed = 2 miles per hour, 30' = 3 miles, etc.)
It is assumed that you can travel for 8 hours in a day, not counting other activities, so miles/hour x 8 = daily speed if you're not going to push yourself... which I notice doesn't even seem to be an option in the books aside from 10 minutes of hustling.
This of course assumes flat terrain. You can lose a lot of speed trying to cut through a forest or go over mountains from this baseline.
