My 17th-level champion has a +4 Constitution attribute modifier, the Fast Recovery general feat, and was subjected to a moment of renewal spell.

How much do I heal?

204? 272? Some other amount?

In my defense I forgot about long-term rest and posted before you edited the rules, so that's on me.

But still, just multiply 136 by 2 to get the result, 272. You're not multiplying more than once.

Fast Recovery says you recover twice as many hit points when you rest.

When you rest twenty four hours, you recover [(Level x2)xCon Mod].

Ergo, 272.
