We all know that the playtest starts at Gencon, but has there been any news as to the end date?
I am the main organiser for a bunch of people that are excited to playtest, so starting to look at it. The standard class only playtests are two months, PF2 was four months. I am hoping for the four month timetable, but was wondering if it had been talked about somewhere.

No idea of a timetable other than them saying it's going to be the longest playtest Paizo has ever done, and that it likely will come out at Gencon 2025. It's interesting being the longest playtest because the core engine is already out and tested in PF2e so guessing lots of class and ancestry testing. We haven't heard much on Starship combat yet other than they want to get it right, so that could be a big part of the playtest too.

An image shown off at one of the recent convention appearances details the playtest running from August 2024 to December 2024. Image is HERE.
They also say there'll be more Playtest support in early 2025 (and Thurston on Discord clarified that means stuff beyond the adventures that have been announced. Both "Cosmic Birthday" and "Empires Devoured" are slated for release in 2024). Product announcements will happen at this year's GenCon, and there'll be a new Organized Play program in 2025!
Finally, the most important question was answered by Thurston on Discord as well... The rad-looking skittermander in the image is called Prisma!
