I want to take diverse obedience for a blaster build mainly for the char bonus to CL SR checks cause i cant find room to squeeze in any SR feats and my char would be higher than SP and GSP but out of curiousity how would desna's 2d6 dmg interact with say my 5 clustered fire balls. Would it be my choice on which fireball is affected? So i can target the one that failed the save obviously.
Also how would this dmg interact with the solar, orc bloodline arcana and blood havoc?
Is my assumptuon of it being 2d6+6 correct?

There are several FAQ analogies, but the closest one would probably be the Arcane Trickster's Surprise Spells class feature.
Arcane Trickster: How does the Surprise Spells class feature work with spells like magic missile and fireball?
The Surprise Spells class feature allows the Arcane Trickster to add his sneak attack dice to spells that deal damage that target flat-footed foes. This damage is only applied once per spell. In the case of fireball this means it affects all targets in the area, with each getting a save to halve the damage (including the sneak attack damage). In the case of magic missile, the extra damage is only added once to one missile, chosen by the caster when the spell is cast.
Desna's Starlit Caster is only 2d6 damage to one of the cluster bombs and you have to choose which of the cluster bombs gets increased when you cast the spell (before any saving throws are made). Unless you have widely spread out enemies it won't really matter since each creature only makes one save, regardless of how many of the cluster bombs it is in the radius of.
The 2d6 Starlit Caster damage would get +4 bonus damage. The boon damage is untyped so it wouldn't get a bonus from the solar bloodline (fire damage only).

Honestly, the odds of you actually remembering that you have this ability on the rare occasion that you met its 'standing in starlight' criteria is pretty unlikely.
