Can a crossblooded sorcerer trade out their 20th level bloodline power for the unique bloodline alternative capstone?

Can they, yes, at that point they might want to just retrain out of the crossblooded bloodline. But then again, alt capstones are a gm fiat thing, and most gms might look at this idea and just tell you to pick a lane.
