I have been attempting to return a consignment agreement form for over two years, and I have never received a response from the email addresses consignments@paizo.com; webmaster@paizo.com; or community@paizo.com.
I would be grateful if anyone could advise me on Paizo's current physical mailing address.
I suspect they may have moved offices from the 185th Av address recently?

Now that I think about it, I've not seen anyone do that here, IDK if that is considered bad form or if it's just an outdated thing.
Either way, I hope you manage to get in touch with who you need to.
I mailed a thumb drive of my latest PDF to the Licensing Manager at that 185 Ave address on Friday and it wasn't returned.
