So it's canonical that the people of Arcadia, in particular in the North, oppose Avistani colonization and influence through the Segada Protocols.
But it SEEMS like the Okaiyo Ocean (unlike it's rough analog on Earth, the Pacific Ocean) is not much larger than the Arcadian Ocean (as opposed to its rough analog on Earth, the Atlantic Ocean).
Has there been any canonical reference to powers of Tian Xia attempting to colonize the west coast of Arcadia? (Or reference to why they haven't?)
Hypothetically, the nations of Arcadian could also cross the Okaiyo Ocean west, though it seems to be understood they are culturally more insular, and might choose not to.
Is there any reference to any crossing of the Okaiyo Ocean in either direction by anyone?

There's some scattered info about Golarion cultures inspired by Pacific Islanders living across the Okaiyo and being gifted navigators, but I don't know that there's much (if any) explicit Arcadian-Tian stuff bridging the oceans. I actually don't know that we've seen anything about folks on the western coast of Arcadia other than a fleeting mention of some Amurrun!
Something to look forward to in the upcoming Tian Xia books, I hope.

In the 1st Edition book "Aquatic Adventures" the Okaiyo Ocean is described as being difficult too cross as the central Okaiyo Ocean regularly experiences two different extremes. The winds can be so extreme that they can snap a ships mast or the doldrums occur where there is so little wind that a ship will sit unmoving for weeks or more than a month.
There is even a brief tale about a ship traveling between Arcadia and Tian Xia that got caught in the doldrums. After 18-19 days of being stuck unmoving in the ocean, one of the passengers went mad and started murdering everyone on board. Several people were murdered before the crew cut down the crazed passenger.
Interestingly, the passenger was traveling to study ruins in the Valashmai Jungle. Although not explicitly stated, this indicates that the passenger was traveling from Arcadia to Tian Xia.
