So it's canonical that the people of Arcadia, in particular in the North, oppose Avistani colonization and influence through the Segada Protocols.

But it SEEMS like the Okaiyo Ocean (unlike it's rough analog on Earth, the Pacific Ocean) is not much larger than the Arcadian Ocean (as opposed to its rough analog on Earth, the Atlantic Ocean).

Has there been any canonical reference to powers of Tian Xia attempting to colonize the west coast of Arcadia? (Or reference to why they haven't?)

Hypothetically, the nations of Arcadian could also cross the Okaiyo Ocean west, though it seems to be understood they are culturally more insular, and might choose not to.

Is there any reference to any crossing of the Okaiyo Ocean in either direction by anyone?

I would like to know this as well. I can't find anything where Pathfinder rules were "put into" the ORC.

Which I know ORC is supposed to be system neutral, but what purpose does it have if Pathfinder itself isn't in it?
