RAW , no. since the weapon specifically talk about a bluff check to feint and you are not using the bluff check so what ever enhance your bluff should not count..
..
but.
I would allow it, since the weapon clearly talk about how the blurring image make it harder to see it's movement, pretty much what the feat relay on (moving to fast to see your movement). if it would have made you more convincing i wouldn't let it, but in this case dropping the word 'bluff' from the weapon ability wouldn't change much and it seem like over-explanation. it could have just said 'on checks to feint in combat' and still hold the about the same meaning.
