I recommend DungeonDraft for map making. I have maps for books 2-4, and the first and last dungeons of book 1 (I started making maps at the start of book 2. Note that my own early quality isn't great, but I'd be happy to share them. I have the VTT files that can be imported to Foundry or images for other VTTs. I do plan on getting the other maps for Book 1 made eventually, and am working on Scarwall now.

there are some great community created maps, have a look in the thread for those. sure, some of the links don't work anymore, but there are loads of versions that you can get hold of.

Also, you should be able to import them into Roll20 (or any other VTT of your choice).
