Both the store pages and the wiki writeups should detail what the backmatter articles are in any released volume. They're not sold separately; I don't run any Pathfinder, but often buy AP PDFs for their articles.
I wish they did. I really like Golarion lore, but I don't need every adventure path. I am running Extinction Curse, and the back articles about Zevgavizeb and the Gluttondark are really well written and inspiring for both the campaign and future ones, but I'm only reading them because I happen to be running that adventure path. It would be nice to find a list of the back articles so I could make more informed purchases.

Again, those articles are on the product pages once the issue in question come out, it's just a matter of scrolling through them all. To use your Extinction Curse example:
"Life's Long Shadows" is a Pathfinder adventure for four 9th–level characters. This adventure, from author Greg A. Vaughan, continues the Extinction Curse Adventure Path, a six–part, monthly campaign in which the heroes lead a traveling circus as they unravel a plot to eradicate all life from the islands of the Inner Sea. This adventure also includes information about the bountiful area known as the Swardlands and the malevolent demon lord Zevgavizeb, as well as new monsters and rules.
There's good stuff in just about all of them! Particular standouts for me are Agents of Edgewatch #2 detailing the subcontinent of Vudra, Golarion's India-analogue; the overview of trade routes across the Inner Sea and beyond in Blood Lords #5; and the gazetteers for the planets Akiton and Castrovel in Strength of Thousands #5 and Gatewalkers #1, respectively.

To clarify for OP, there is no centralized list on one webpage of all the backmatter articles in AP volumes. There are c.200 webpages on the wiki which, aggregated together, list all the backmatter articles of AP volumes.

Thanks again. I found the info on the store pages. For some reason, I was finding the books from some different part of the website that didn't have the same info, so that's why I assumed the descriptions didn't mention it. Now I can look through each AP book and see what they offer.

PathfinderWiki has a one-page index of all Adventure Path articles from volumes 1-144 (all the 1E issues), broken into broad categories like "geography and locations", "deities and religions", "races and ethnicities", etc.
We're working on converting the table-of-contents work on each wiki product article into queryable data. This would let us reuse the work we've already put into the product pages for purposes like this.

Thanks for pointing that out!
I was looking specifically for a PFwiki page like this, but I didn't find it. Is there an obvious way to navigate to that page that I missed?

Nope!

There's not a really obvious way, and that's a good point. The link from the Adventure Path page that Mudfoot mentions here is probably the most prominent one.
As Laclale prematurely pointed out, I just (as in, the last hour) finished a similar index for 2E APs at Index of articles (2E). I also added a redirect for the keyword "support articles" to help people find it more easily.

Thanks to Mudfoot for pointing it out, and thanks to you and the wiki team for the wiki! I reference all the time, even if it's only for inspiration.
I think the link at the top of the Adventure Path page is a fine place to link the list of articles, and I certainly don't have a better suggestion. I was trying to find such a list using various Categories, but they're not all that descriptive.
