If yes, then,
2) While adding 2d6 to a robot's Cha makes sense, in most cases a robot's native intelligence would be higher than the result of a 3d6 die roll. So would you leave the intelligence alone, use the higher of base or the result of a roll, or add some value to the base intelligence? Say 1d4 in the last case, maybe 1d6 if Int is 10 or less.
