Non-SRO Constructs and Robots as Player Species

Homebrew

Hey yall, just curious on what you all think of non-sro constructs and robots as playable species? This will literally have no effect on my decision on what homebrew I'm working on, but it's nice to see if anyone will really care outside of my friend group.

Unless you want to make a very specific type of construct playable like a type of Anacite, SROs cover just about anything robotic in appearance. What are you looking to homebrew that an SRO doesn't cover?

Note that the SRO's free built-in cybernetic component from Integrated Equipment can be a species graft ("Species grafts can be cybernetics, biotech, magitech, nanite enhancements, or any other form of augmentation.").

You could also allow the SRO to substitute the borai's Old Talents in place of the built-in cybernetic component in your homebrew.

Amrantah are also a playable species.
