So Aura of Courage says that:
Quote:
You stand strong in the face of danger and inspire your allies to do the same. Whenever you become frightened, reduce the condition value by 1 (to a minimum of 0). At the end of your turn when you would reduce your frightened condition value by 1, you also reduce the value by 1 for all allies within 15 feet.
Does this mean that the champion needs to actually reduce his frightened value by 1 for it to affect allies or is that text simply referencing the "end of turn phase" where you would reduce the value even if you don't have the frightened condition.
In other words, if a champion isn't frightened, do they still reduce the frigthened condition by 1 for every ally in range at the end of their (the champion's) turn?
I've been trying to find an answer for 2 weeks now so any input is appreciated.

The point when you would reduce the condition. It doesn't matter if you don't have it yourself, or are unable to reduce it because of a specific effect that prevents it from going down on you.
