Occultist Arcanist: Conjurer's Focus and Metamagic

The conjurer's focus ability doesn't state that it's a spell-like ability the way that other features do (Notably the summoner's summon monster class feature). So is it not an SLA, and if so, can metamagic be applied to it in some way?
